We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our team for on-site work related to rice mill machinery. The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 0 to 2 years of experience in fieldwork, installation, or maintenance of industrial machinery. This role involves active participation in the setup, servicing, and troubleshooting of rice milling equipment at various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the installation, alignment, and commissioning of rice mill machinery.

● Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site.

● Work closely with senior engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operation of machinery.

● Interpret technical drawings and machinery layouts specific to rice mill equipment.

● Monitor performance and ensure equipment adheres to safety and operational standards.

● Provide support during equipment upgrades and modifications.


Requirements:

● B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

● 0–2 years of on-site experience (internships or training in similar industrial settings preferred).

● Basic understanding of rice milling processes and machinery components.

● Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.

● Willingness to travel and work at different site locations.

●Good communication and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Skills:

● Knowledge of mechanical systems used in rice mills (e.g., paddy separators, huskers, polishers, conveyors).

● Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and tools.

● Exposure to industrial safety practices and mechanical troubleshooting.
