  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program (in the home country or country of practice).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC system design, plumbing, and mechanical systems for large-scale infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in Data Center design and airflow CFD modeling (e.g., using Cadence Reality Data Center Design / 6Sigma Room).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC system load calculations, equipment sizing, and energy modeling.
  • Understanding of LEED, Green Globes, and other sustainable design frameworks.
  • Familiarity with large-scale chiller plant design (air-cooled and water-cooled).
  • Knowledge of technical bid reviews, submittal processes, and compliance with industry codes and standards.

Certifications Required:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • LEED Accredited Professional (AP) with demonstrated experience securing LEED certifications for industrial buildings.

Required Technical Skills:

  • HVAC System Design
  • Plumbing Systems
  • CFD Modeling
  • Data Center Engineering
