Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer to join their team. As a Hardware Development Engineer, you will be part of the Fleet Tracking and Telematic team supporting innovative asset tracking solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hardware Development Engineer

Location: Bellevue, WA

Duraiton: 6+ Months on W2

Pay: $76/hour

What's the Job?

• Bring an indoor asset tracking solution from ideation through prototyping, testing, and production.
  
• Define system specifications and integrate system components.
  
• Create and execute test campaigns in collaboration with Amazon operation teams.
  
• Work with Joint Development Manufacturers (JDM) to scale the product to hundreds of Amazon warehouses.
  
• Utilize knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals, including wireless communication and wave propagation.

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
    
  • Strong fundamentals in analog, digital, and RF circuit design.
    
  • Experience with embedded systems prototyping and implementation.
    
  • Proficiency in using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts across disciplines.
