Your Role will Involve:

• Create essential deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and specifications, adhering to the QA/QC process. Develop comprehensive mechanical system designs, calculating heating and cooling loads with precision.
• Develop detailed project specifications to guide successful implementation.
• Evaluate field conditions as necessary to facilitate project development and completion.
• Apply advanced energy modeling techniques to optimize HVAC systems for energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure designs adhere to relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Attend meetings with architects, owners, and building managers to discuss current and future projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals and client objectives.
• Support junior team members through training and mentorship.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
