Our client is a well-established Medical Robotics corporation. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the R&D and engineering team to design and develop state-of-the-art surgical robotic systems Provide technical field trial support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct timely fault rectification for product-related technical problems Develop and implement robust product testing tools and procedures Support the regulatory approval process (e.g., EMC, safety) and clinical trials for regulatory approval Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from design and tooling to production, including material selection and manufacturing process expertise Document the design and development process in accordance with the company's quality control requirements Support the quality management team and help maintain planned quality objectives Review product designs with the line manager to improve the quality of the company's products Acquire and set up the necessary equipment, tools, and materials for product and prototype development Mentor and supervise junior engineers Perform other duties as assigned by the company Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's or Ph.D. degree is preferred Experience in designing surgical instruments for minimally invasive surgery (MIS) Knowledge of and experience with CNC, metal injection molding, or other methods to produce surgical instruments, and the ability to liaise with suppliers Proficiency in using CAD software, such as Solidworks, and creating 2D manufacturing drawings Ability to select appropriate materials for surgical instruments, balancing cost and quality Knowledge of ISO13485 quality system and ISO62304 is an advantage Passion for the latest technologies and a track record of engineering successes Ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, and strong teamwork skills Effective communication, time management, and leadership skills Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) Willingness to travel as required Interested parties, please send the CV to "Apply Now". ***Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only*** 工作類型: 全職 薪酬： $25,000.00至$30,000.00（每月） 時間： 日班 福利： 醫療保險 補充薪酬： 表現花紅
