The expected salary range for this position is $156,600 to $174,000, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses and a 401(k). POSITION SUMMARY Take charge of the engineering functions with a focus on station requirements and regulatory compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the engineering function to align with station needs and regulatory guidelines. Manage the performance and professional growth of engineering staff to meet site and corporate goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering results. Provide engineering and technical leadership through direct reports, overseeing both immediate and long-term programs affecting site operations. Engage in Business Planning, Budgeting, and Business Performance reviews concerning assigned staff. Act as a senior contributor to NGG-wide initiatives targeting standardized and improved engineering systems and processes. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Professional Engineer License. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial or military nuclear power facilities, or similar utility environments. Proven technical leadership experience (e.g., Duty Team Lead, Inspection Lead). Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to achieving positive results. Favorable Leadership Assessment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Professional Engineering Registration. Advanced degree in a technical field or MBA.
