Job Responsibilities:

This position is for a Mechanical Design Engineer who will play a critical role in digital data creation, data review, and the research and application of engineering methods. The role occasionally supports component design and FMI creation, requiring a solid understanding of elevator structures and parametric design. The ideal candidate should possess strong learning abilities, problem-solving skills, and an innovative spirit to help us continuously optimize all stages of the product lifecycle.

Typical responsibilities are:

• Master parametric modeling methods to develop complete elevator models for new products.
• Review component-level data in CN process to ensure accuracy and provide training to engineers.
• Conduct research and apply innovative engineering methods to improve design efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support component design and Field Micro Instruction (FMI) creation, requiring an understanding of elevator structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand digital applications, providing solutions and digital data that meet requirements.
• Undertake other tasks related to 3D parametric modeling.
  
  

Specialized Technical Skills:

• Proficient in modeling and drafting software such as CREO, CAD, Revit, and Inventor.
• Familiar with product management process and platform, such as Windchill
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

Education/Certifications:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a dual degree with Electrical Engineering or similar field is required.
  
  

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to creatively solve problems and work under pressure.
• High energy and passion for working with data.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
• Customer-focused and results-driven approach.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication is preferred.
• Programming experience is a plus.
• Experience in the elevator industry is preferred.
