Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to support ongoing design and engineering work for Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical layouts for electrical enclosures and LV switchgear.
• Create panel and busbar layouts using Autodesk Inventor.
• Manage design data using Autodesk Vault.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure timely design releases.
• Ensure designs meet UL891 and UL1558 standards.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in switchgear or electrical equipment.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and Vault.
• In-depth understanding of LV switchgear design principles.
• Familiarity with UL standards (UL891, UL1558).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
