Key Skills:

• 3D CAD (ProE/Creo), mechanical design for automation (motors, bearings, actuators, sensors)
• Materials selection, mechanical fabrication processes
• Agile/AgileEC or other PLM systems
• Hands-on assembly, troubleshooting, and prototype testing
• Strong communication, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new semiconductor equipment and enhance existing products.
• Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and manage documentation through PLM.
• Collaborate with electrical/software teams to meet functional and cost targets.
• Build/test prototypes, lead design reviews, and support manufacturing and quality teams.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years in automation product development
• Full product lifecycle ownership (concept to release)
• FEA analysis, SEMI standards, Vision Systems, and AutoCAD experience are a plus.
• Leadership experience in mechanical projects preferred.
