Falcon Green are working with a European General Contractor that are focused on delivering complex, large scale life sciences and mission critical projects. Due to planned and continued growth, they now require a competent Mechanical Construction Manager on a new data centre scheme in Dublin.

They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead mechanical systems installation on a high-profile data centre project. You will oversee on-site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with design and safety standards, and drive project milestones to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate mechanical installations (HVAC, piping, chilled water, etc.)
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site
• Liaise with design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure work complies with technical specs and timelines
• Report regularly on progress and risk management

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing mechanical construction on large-scale projects, preferably data centres
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management
