We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical CAD Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining high-fidelity 3D models and mechanical drawings of our wearable products. You'll work closely with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure our designs are precise, manufacturable, and beautiful. What You'll Do: * Create and maintain detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies in SolidWorks * Generate 2D drawings with appropriate GD&T, tolerances, and documentation for production * Collaborate closely with mechanical design engineers to translate design concepts into manufacturable components * Work closely with the PCB Layout Engineers using ECAD/MCAD exchanges * Manage and organize CAD libraries, part numbers, and configuration control * Participate in mechanical design reviews and contribute to overall product development strategy This is a US onsite role, candidates must be based in the San Diego region for this opportunity.
