Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through code reviews and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain APIs for front-end and back-end systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in full-stack web development with a focus on MEAN stack technologies.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
