Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Participate in project kick-off meetings and contribute to M&E planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and civil teams to integrate M&E systems effectively.
• Develop method statements, shop drawings, and work programs related to M&E works.

2. Technical Oversight

• Review M&E design drawings and technical specifications; ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify design discrepancies and propose technically viable solutions to consultants/clients.
• Oversee installation of systems including HVAC, power distribution, UPS, generators, fire protection, and ELV systems.

3. Project Execution & Supervision

• Supervise and monitor daily M&E activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Ensure proper implementation of testing and commissioning procedures for all M&E systems.
• Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure interface compatibility.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure workmanship meets QLASSIC, ISO, and other quality benchmarks.
• Ensure all M&E installations comply with relevant Malaysian codes and international data centre standards
• Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for key equipment.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper documentation including inspection reports, test results, as-built drawings, and operation manuals.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support in the preparation of O&M manuals and training materials for handover.

Requirements :-

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of construction experience.
• Willing to relocate will be an added advantage.
