该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities and duties

• Design and purchase new automatic machine and fixtures for new production.
• Evaluate and implement the machine and fixtures improvement for the new project inputting in existed production line.
• Support new program team to do the trial run and PPAP in the production line.
• Focus on continual improvement to improve quality performance(Q), promote efficiency(V) and reduce scrap(C) to meet annual QVC target
• Make manufacturing documents like process flow chart, PFMEA, TPM files etc.
• Take lead on equipment maintenance, repairing and spare parts management ,providing related training for technicians Qualifications / Requirements
• Bachelor degree, with major of mechanical-electrical integration is plus
• At least 3 years manufacturing engineer(ME) working experiences
• At least 2 years of experience in Non-standard(Customized) equipment development and introduction
• Be familiar with manual and auto assembly process, torque screw driver system and Clinch(Revit)
• Good team player; good communication skill
• Computer, network and software skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project Manager
• Fluent English speaking will be plus
• Has the knowledge of PLC program (Siemens or Mitsubishi) control is plus
• Basic knowledge in IATF 16949
