Summary

Join our team as a night shift Materials Handler role at our Cary, NC, facility. As an important part of the shipping and receiving process, you'll help us get our beloved products into stores around the country. This is an overnight shift role from 6pm - 6am, working on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off. The hourly rate is $21.43.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing

  • Packing with Care–Select finished products for customer orders and prepare shipping procedures; while making sure our paperwork and food safety requirements are met. You will be responsible for sanitation inspections and moving trash, scrap, and other debris.
  • Following Best Practices–Verify that all appropriate goods are being shipped to the correct destination.
  • On-Time Scheduling–Schedule incoming/outbound materials and finished product shipments.
  • Continuous Improvement–Learn WMS systems on stand-up forklifts and high-reach trucks as well as having a strong understanding of required audits within the facility.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work on weekends, and holidays and variable shifts.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds & perform other duties as assigned.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Company policies. Additionally, the ability to work overtime as necessary is required.
  • No more than one forklift-related violation or property damage within one (1) year.
