If you are ready to be part of our journey join us as a Material Analyst in our Reynosa site! Your role: Review with the shipper the confirmation of Open Orders to see if there is any risk. Review in SAP System all releases confirmed on time. Release and update the Coverage Report (ZMMR181B). Review and follow up with Expeditor to receive critical parts. Review with Engineering team any ECO implemented, in order toavoid E&O or short material. Follow up with shipper for Supplier confirmation in order toavoid any affectation. Work with the Planning and Production team on any reported shortages. Follow up closely with the Logistics team on the Critical part to reach the Plant. Release the appropriate escalation on a potential short part minimum 2 weeks prior to any impact. Complete trackers on escalated parts (weekly bases). Review and provide root cause for any reported discrepancies and provide material at short notice. Work with Quality for any rejected parts to avoid any impact on the Production Line. Review and take action to have healthy inventory levels. Report KPIs to management on a weekly basis. Follow DCCARs to collect affected costs at BCS plant. Review with Finance Department Credit hold caused by outstanding parts to be received. Analyze SAP parameters to improve delivery date and good inventory. What do you need: Collegue degree or equivalent equivalent.. 3 years of experience in the maquiladora industry.. Knowledge of MPS, MRP and Inventory Planning and Control. . Bilingual English-Spanish.. Ability to communicate effectively.. Knowledge of computer packages..
