Summary

What You´ll Do

  • Responsible for property testing of adhesive products:
  • Technical expertise in adhesive testing and lab engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross SBUs for supporting testing needs from internal and external customers.
  • Create new testing methods and capabilities based on project needs.
  • Deliver high quality testing reports on time and demonstrate the productivity of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain the ISO17025 quality system at high level.
  • Ownership of the responsible equipment and conduct regular preventive maintenance.
  • Leader on automated testing:
  • Program robots related to automated testing capabilities driving for innovation and solving customer problems.
  • Design parts and workflows to improve automated equipment.
  • Drive on digitalization especially the lab data connection with lab management system.
  • Support individual development for team members:
  • Develop the expertise on testing area in particular automated testing.
  • Provide trainings to internal and external colleagues.
  • SHE responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the lab work safety and complete SHE targets in time.
  • Maintain the responsible area in good manners and keep the high 5S level.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor or above in Mechanical or Material Science Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-7ys working experience in material property testing, experience of automated testing is preferred.
  • Programming skills, e.g. writing scripts for data manipulation like Python, equipment connection for data transfer is preferred.
  • CAD experience, SolidWorks preferred.
  • Good communication skills and team player.
  • Good in oral and written English.
