Job Description

• Optimized Inventory Levels: Ensuring that inventory is maintained at optimal levels to meet production demands without overstocking
• Efficient Production Scheduling: Aligning material availability with production schedules to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency
• Cost Reduction: Implementing strategies to reduce material costs through effective planning and supplier negotiations
• Improved Supplier Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality materials
• Enhanced Data Analysis: Utilizing data analysis tools to monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier performance
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks related to material shortages or delays in the supply chain
• Continuous Improvement: Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning processes and overall productivity

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or another related field
• Experience 5-8 years in PPIC or Supply Planning Manufacturing
• Prefer have experience in Manufacturing from consumer company
• Project management ability
• Have skills in Leadership, Analysis, Planning, Negotiation, Detail, Target oriented and Problem Solving
• Have Knowledge process flow of production.
• Able to make production and Raw material Forecasting / Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
