Job Overview:
We are seeking a Material Analyst to support a dynamic R&D Drive Engineering Operations team. This group plays a key role in building and operating Drive infrastructure to support both internal and customer storage needs. The successful candidate will work in a shift-based environment, collaborating with employees and third-party contractors to maintain inventory readiness and ensure uninterrupted 24x7 operations across multiple manufacturing centers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with colleagues at the Longmont Drive Center to provide 24x7 operations support.
•    Work in a team-based shift environment to monitor and maintain inventory readiness.
•    Participate in troubleshooting incident calls to restore inventory when needed.
•    Track and maintain Drive Inventory Level Objectives, ensuring compliance with operational goals.
•    Generate reports, dashboards, and visual management tools to monitor inventory levels and service interruptions.
•    Maintain constant situational awareness of incidents, escalations, and events related to inventory operations.
•    Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency.
•    Work closely with the Drive Development team to support ongoing drive operations.

Required Qualifications:
•    2+ years of experience in Inventory Control processes.
•    Exposure to Monitoring and Logging tools such as SAP, Windchill, and Enviance.
•    Familiarity with Drive Tracking Databases.
•    Experience in shipping and receiving.
•    Strong organizational and communication skills.
•    Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment with clear SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Some exposure to chemical handling, but minimal chemical work is required.
•    Looking for someone just above entry level who is trainable and interested in a potential transition to direct employment.
