Job Purpose:

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the creation, updating, and maintenance of master data within the Oracle Fusion ERP system. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data for operational and reporting purposes.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Create, update, and maintain master data for items, customers, suppliers, and employees in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Ensure master data quality by performing regular audits and data cleansing activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and support their master data needs.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the development and documentation of MDM policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support the implementation of data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with MDM standards.

Perform data validations, enrichments, and uploads as needed to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in data management or a related role.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments.

Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
