What You'll Do

• Lead AI/ML Solutions : Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI/ML systems to solve complex challenges across various industries.
• Build Scalable Applications : Develop and maintain full-stack applications that seamlessly integrate AI-driven capabilities.
• Innovate with Research : Stay ahead of the curve by conducting research and developing AI algorithms using Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, ,Deep Learning & Software Architecture.
• Mentor and Lead : Guide junior engineers, foster a collaborative environment and share knowledge within the team.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to create scalable, high-performing AI products.
• Solve Complex Problems : Troubleshoot AI/ML challenges and ensure reliable, high-quality deployments.
• Shape AI Strategy : Drive innovation by integrating the latest AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in full-stack development using front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, or Flask).
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
• Proficiency in managing SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
