Summary

GUND Partnership is seeking a well-rounded Marketing/Business Development Manager with 5+ years of professional services marketing experience to join our studio. Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience preferably in the AE industry A good storyteller who can craft a compelling marketing message Strong interpersonal communication and creative marketing skills Ability to work under deadlines with careful attention to detail Excellent editing and graphic design skills; Fluent in Adobe software Technical knowledge of digital marketing and web tools, including Customer Relationship Management platforms. Experience with Cosential, Mail Chimp and Craft is useful. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and/or business Strategic responsibilities: Work with firm leadership to develop and manage the strategic marketing plan Implement goals and strategies for firm identity, market positioning, message delivery and connect with potential clients Manage on-going research on target markets and prospects Develop individualized marketing plans for principals and associates that identify business development activities Develop and monitor annual marketing and PR budgets Assess the success of the strategic marketing plan on an on-going basis Tactical responsibilities: Support Business Development Manage CRM platform to support business development, event promotion/follow-up, and project team creation. Respond to RFQs and RFPs; strategize for and prepare presentation material for interviews Manage a library of up-to-date project and client success stories, testimonials, and project statistics and metrics Write and coordinate text and graphics for collateral material including webpage and social media channels Develop quarterly e-newsletter and other mailings Showcase thought leadership by organizing and promoting speaking opportunities, and web and print articles Develop PR goals, PR action plan for each project Coordinate project photography with the intended audience and message Maintain PR calendars for photography, awards, conferences, press opportunities Investigate and develop award submissions for each project Establish and maintain outreach to magazines and other press Named an AIA New England Emerging Professional Friendly Firm, GUND Partnership offers a supportive environment.
