As a foundational member of a rapidly maturing marketing function, this person will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, marketing, business partners, communications and with external vendors and partners to ensure our systems are governed, adopted, and continuously improved, while laying the groundwork for scalable martech growth.
Essential Responsibilities
Marketing technology management
- Manage, govern, and evolve marketing technology platforms (e.g., customer experience platform, email platforms, content management system, internal collaboration tools), partnering with key stakeholders and users across functions
- Develop and maintain training materials and governance policies to support consistent, efficient use of platforms across the organization
- Create platform-specific KPIs to measure adoption, satisfaction, and operational impact
- Build and manage platform improvement roadmaps, defining enhancements and working with vendors or IT partners to deploy them
- Research and recommend new martech platforms aligned to business strategy and marketing objectives
- Upon approval, lead implementation efforts including configuration, user onboarding, and cross-functional coordination
- Oversee structure, governance, and best practices across internal collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and internal content hubs
Customer Experience Platform Management
- Partner with IT, sales and additional stakeholders to define strategic initiatives and goals for measuring customer experience across GF digital properties and support implementation
- Analyze customer feedback data derived in the platform to uncover actionable insights and understand customer sentiment to improve experience and create successful customer interactions
- Create and maintain platform training to ensure stakeholders and end users can view platform dashboards and information to understand customer experience
- Define KPIs for both platform operation and strategic results to ensure platform is operating efficiently and we are analyzing data to inform our actions
- Prepare and distribute insight summaries and reports to executives and other stakeholders summarizing customer feedback and our opportunities and plans to improve engagement
Email and demand generation
- Recommend, implement and manage email and demand generation tools to accomplish strategic business goals for driving demand for GF technology
- Create demand gen campaigns and strategies to nurture existing business and win new customers by highlighting GF technology, differentiation and value propositions
- Analyze campaign and demand data in platform to uncover actional insights and drive improvements for future work
- Define KPIs for both platform operation and strategic results to ensure platform is operating efficiently and we are analyzing data to inform our actions and deliver the most effective email and demand generation strategies
- Prepare and distribute insight summaries and reports to executives and other stakeholders summarizing summarizing our efforts and highlighting our opportunities and plans to improve engagement
Other Responsibilities
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital platforms, content governance, or martech
- Experience managing customer experience platforms, CRMs, email management platforms, content management systems, collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) or other marketing technology platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows and platform integrations
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to drive change and influence without direct authority across a matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor or B2B technology space
- Familiarity with martech tools such as MAPs, CMSs, CRM integrations
- Experience conducting platform audits, user research, and process optimization
Expected Salary Range
$47,300.00 - $84,400.00
