Job Role: To drive the successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce CRM solutions, improving marketing effectiveness and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Initiatives
- You will be required to provide functional expertise in Salesforce and build deliverables on below key initiatives:
- Analyse and redesign business processes to maximize the benefits of Salesforce CRM implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the effort in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives throughout the Salesforce implementation process.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote user adoption, including training programs and support materials tailored to different user groups.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Oversee the development of a comprehensive data strategy, including data migration, data quality, and data governance practices within the Salesforce CRM environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Salesforce CRM Implementation SME, you will be required to do below activities:
- Conduct thorough business process reviews and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization through Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of desired outcomes and functionality.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories, serving as a guide for the Salesforce implementation team.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs and are feasible within the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the Salesforce CRM configuration, customizations, and processes for future reference and compliance.
- Monitor and report on the progress of Salesforce CRM implementation projects, identifying risks and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to ensure the implemented solutions meet business requirements.
- Design and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively use the Salesforce CRM system.
- Provide post-implementation support, gathering user feedback, and making recommendations for continuous improvement of the Salesforce CRM system.

Job Requirement
Preferred Qualification
- 8+ years of experience in E2E Salesforce CRM Implementation preferably in a Telecom Industry.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or any relevant Salesforce certification.
- Experience in data migration and data quality management within Salesforce.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
