About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst (Lead Business Execution Consultant) within the Enterprise Marketing Services product group. This team focuses on supporting and enhancing the marketing technology used by marketing partners through simplification, controls and improved effectiveness.
In This Role, You Will
- Define and communicate business needs for marketing technology platforms by leading requirements gathering and analysis. You will collaborate with stakeholders (strategists, users, product managers, technology, and risk) to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document them.
- Focus on specific marketing content products such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud used to develop and deliver enterprise-wide email campaigns and Local Listings, to enable a high level of accuracy with its location information provided to publishers such as Google and Apple.
- Product Backlog Management: Assist with managing the product backlog, documenting and prioritizing features based on business impact and user needs.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and document business process models, propose technical and process solutions, and implement them via agile team structure.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment and collaboration across teams.
- Product Lifecycle Support: Provide support throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial scope development to ongoing releases and improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and present findings.
- Product Management Knowledge: Familiarity with product management methodologies, tools, and concepts and experience working in a product agile environment.
- Marketing Technology Experience: Familiarity tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud used to develop and send marketing emails.
- Marketing Process Experience: Knowledge and understanding of the marketing process used to create marketing programs. 3+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform experience with planning and creating marketing campaigns
- Experience working across large, multi-business organizations.
