  • Be attuned to the development of the market: market landscape, competitive landscape & updates and customers development
  • Be involved in the formulation and execution of regional marketing plan (strategic imperatives, growth drivers & key programs)
  • Drive marketing concepts to both internal and external team members (distributors)
  • Oversee development of activities related to professional marketing, including KOL management, expert meetings/conferences, advisory board management, speakers/trainers management, (clinical) newsletter etc.
  • Develop new product launch plans and oversee the successful implementation and execution of product launches throughout target region
  • Monitor new products i.e., sales (revenues, units), sales growth, market share and margins
  • Prepare and adapt marketing materials and ensure that the materials are available for distribution in accordance with the company’s cycle action plan
  • Understanding of competitive landscape, gathering of market intelligence and data for analysis and strategy formulation Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a Marketing experience of similar capacity
  • Marcom, Multi Media experience, with ability to lobby for government legislation, funding, and media coverage of key events would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care, Marketing or related field
  • Regional exposure to Marketing Communications and Multi-Media initiatives
  • Basic knowledge in entire product management
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills. Enjoys interacting and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers
  • Technically savvy with electronic media and computer skills
  • Experience with execution of marketing / product management & clinical activities preferred
