About the Role: As the Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of our demand-generation engine. Working hands-on with D365 and ClickDimensions, you'll design and execute multi-channel campaigns, maintain a world-class CRM data environment, and deliver precise segmentation that ensures the right message reaches the right prospect at the right time. Your expertise in workflow automation, lead scoring, and KPI reporting will directly fuel pipeline growth and accelerate conversion rates across North America and key international markets. Close collaboration with the content, sales, and events teams will be essential to ensure that every campaign launches on time, performs against targets, and provides actionable insights that shape future strategies. Key Responsibilities * Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using D365 and ClickDimensions. * Automation Workflows: Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline lead nurturing and scoring. * CRM Optimization: Refine CRM processes to enhance lead management and campaign effectiveness. * Data Management: Ensure data cleanliness and integrity within the CRM to support accurate reporting and targeting. * Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Content Manager, Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Administrative Assistant to implement campaigns and support events and other departmental initiatives. Qualifications Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. * 4-5 years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management. * Proficiency in D365; experience with ClickDimensions or similar marketing automation tools. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies. * Excellent project management and organizational skills * Strong project‑management chops-able to juggle priorities and hit deadlines with minimal supervision. * Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate data into plain‑English insights for stakeholders. Physical & Work Environment Requirements * Primarily sedentary office role: must be able to sit for extended periods (up to 6 hours at a time) and use a computer and phone frequently. * Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office. * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., event materials, trade show collateral). * Visual acuity sufficient for reading screens, reports, and fine print. * Position is onsite with standard business hours; may require occasional early morning or evening work aligned to campaign launches or virtual events across time zones. * Must be able to travel locally (≤ 10 %) for conferences or client events; reliable transportation required. ________________________________________
