For our consulting team in Qatar, we are looking for a passionate Public Transport Marketing Specialist (f/m) to deliver unique and modern consulting solutions for our customers across the region. The focus of this position is the management of the railway project and is an exciting career opportunity to grow professionally in a team of senior railway engineers.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the use of public transport across target demographics.


  • Manage digital tools and journey-planning platforms, ensuring user-friendly access to real-time transit information and travel planning.


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private operators, and consultants, to align messaging and increase campaign reach.


  • Prepare and deliver client briefings, reports, and presentations, translating technical concepts and marketing performance into actionable insights.


  • Conduct market research and data analysis to evaluate passenger needs, behavior trends, and campaign effectiveness, using insights to improve communication strategies.


  • Create clear, engaging content for digital and print platforms tailored to project objectives and client expectations.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in public transport promotion and marketing.


  • Strong connection and interfacing with Public & Private stakeholders to coordinate public transport marketing efforts.


  • Experience working with Ministry, Government Agencies, and Entities.


  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.


  • Full Computer Literacy.


  • Excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role.


  • Driving license required to drive to site or to technical meetings with the client representative.
