Cayetano Development is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing team!

🔹 What You’ll Do:

You’ll report directly to our VP of Marketing and help lead the charge on marketing, advertising, and community initiatives that support our brand and drive lead generation statewide.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish)

✅ 1–3 years in marketing, advertising, or related field

✅ Comfortable with Microsoft 365

✅ Hands-on with tools like Squarespace, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and CRMs (HubSpot is a plus)

✅ Comfortable on camera and willing to travel to our communities across Texas

✅ Curious, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative
