Summary

Position Description

Owns the digital campaigns that drive leads for the franchise sales team. Develops and fine-tunes campaigns, content strategy and calendar, develops creative assets and content. Collaborate with the franchise sales team. Applies a strong understanding of digital marketing - strategies, tactics, channels, and technologies with an innovate mindset – not afraid to think outside the box. As the friendly, can-do voice of the marketing team, communicates with our franchisees regarding their marketing needs. Collaborates with digital and content teams to execute campaigns for franchisees. 


About the Role:

We are seeking a special person to join our team who is passionate about digital marketing with experience supporting franchise sales lead development campaigns. This person should be highly creative, strategic, and have great communications skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, data-driven digital marketing campaigns that effectively and efficiently engage a range of prospect-types interested in becoming a 911 Restoration franchise owner. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content, impactful visuals, and collateral sales materials, to support new prospect engagement. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of the marketing department as a key point of contact for franchisees, providing welcoming, expert, supportive customer experience for franchisees and their staff. 


Key Responsibilities:

A) Franchise Sales Lead Generation:

● Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, print, PR, CRM, etc.).

● Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance analytics.

● Manage and enhance the 911 Restoration Franchisor brand identity through compelling storytelling and graphic consistency 

● Create engaging, innovative content – segmented for various prospect profiles (copywriting, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets).

● Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to align messaging and creative assets.

● Stay up to date with industry trends, use of AI tools, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep marketing strategies fresh, innovative and efficient.

● Assist in developing marketing collateral, promotional materials, and internal presentations.

● Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.


B) Key Marketing Contact for Franchisees 

● Provide great customer experience to franchisees needing marketing services or support from the marketing team.

● Serve as the knowledgeable, responsive, liaison for franchisees, their staff, and their marketing services providers and partners.

● Develop a rich understanding of the challenges of running a 911 Restoration branch location, the nature of our key competitors

● Collaborate with the other members of the marketing team to host productive meetings with franchisees that yield smart solutions and progress in meeting local branch office growth goals.

● Be familiar with the performance history and trends of the marking programs designed to drive local project leads for homeowners and business

● Assist in developing marketing collateral, promotional materials, and internal presentations.


Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of digital marketing and content:

● Experience with franchise sales lead generation campaigns.

● Experience and knowledge in managing all digital campaigns including SEO. PPC, PPL, Facebook, Email, CRM.

● Assertive, yet easy going, optimistic attitude with exceptional people skills.

● A reliable, proactive, and adaptable work ethic.

● Demonstrates detailed knowledge of and professional experience with digital campaigns – B2B / B2C

● Well versed in each of the primary social media channels.

● Able to collaborate with sales professionals to improve campaign performance  

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

● Extremely detail-oriented and organized, consistently meeting deadlines.

● Creative, collaborative, and innovative problem solver

● A level-headed team player.

● Self-starter with exceptional follow-up skills.

● Enjoying working is a fast-paced environment.

● Comfortable on the cutting edge of marketing technologies and use of AI tools.

● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint.

● Experience with WordPress and HubSpot helpful.
