Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Event Marketing Intern role located in Bengaluru. The Event Marketing Intern will be responsible for customer service, communication, event planning, event marketing, and sales activities. The role involves coordinating and executing marketing events, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Assist in the planning and execution of event marketing campaigns, both digital and physical.
• Support the creation of event materials such as invitations, flyers, brochures, and social media posts.
• Coordinate with vendors and venues to ensure smooth event logistics.
• Assist in managing social media promotion before, during, and after events.
• Research and recommend potential event opportunities to boost brand awareness.
• Help maintain and update the event marketing calendar and project timelines.
• Track event metrics and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, etc.) to ensure a cohesive event strategy.
• Help manage attendee registration, including ticketing and communication.
• Coordinate with sponsors to acquire sponsorships for events, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Support sponsor relationship management to ensure satisfaction and fulfillment of commitments.
• Travel when needed to support events and assist on-site with logistics, coordination, and promotion
