We are looking for a talented Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team and help us accelerate our growth. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing winning proposals, maintaining high-quality marketing materials, and supporting various marketing activities. This position can be based in either Auburn, CA or Santa Rosa, CA. In person to start, then hybrid.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least three years of experience developing and producing proposals in the A/E/C industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work positively and professionally with all levels of staff.
• Strong business writing and editing skills to create clear and compelling proposals and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly InDesign, Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and technical staff to prepare proposals, presentations, and qualification submissions.
• Monitor industry-related procurement sites (PlanetBids, IMS, Public Purchase, City/County/District websites, etc.).
• Create and maintain resumes, project descriptions, and other proposal materials.
• Coordinate efforts with teaming partners.
• Support management, business development, and project managers with their marketing needs.
• Assist with firm marketing activities, including developing marketing materials and preparing for conferences and tradeshow exhibits.
• Help maintain the company website.
• Support marketing efforts within the CRM platform.
• Perform general marketing-related administrative duties as needed.
