Job Description
The Marketing Project Manager will work across cross functional marketing teams to support in the development of marketing campaigns & collateral, provide project management support for marketing initiatives, and assist with marketing program implementation. Keys to success in this role include the ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, attention to detail, being a self-starter focused on continuous improvement, intellectually curious and creative, and the ability to manage multiple and diverse work streams simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate updates with marketing agencies during creative development process
- Complete necessary documents to secure internal execution resources and funding approval
- Develop clear timelines, working with internal core marketing teams et all – and communicating to the partner to ensure the partner is clear on feedback timing etc
- Work w/ internal teams to secure responses for the partner as we stand up executed programs
- Develop decks/slides in support of the various programs for use in several partner and sr leadership meetings
- Partner day to day – be part of core team working with the partner, support the positive relationship team has built w/ critical franchise partner
- Support partner programs, as needed, with focus on securing Fair Lending approvals.
- Complete creative audits to ensure accuracy of materials and data mapping before file release
- Update marketing campaign matrix and partner calendars across programs on a weekly basis
- Process vendor invoices for payment and assist with monthly budget reconciliation
- Maintain campaign documentation in centralized repository
- Available to help with projects outside of above listed job responsibilities when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Foundation in direct marketing
- General understanding of retail and credit card industries
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player; ability to successfully interact with and influence others
- Positive, “can do” attitude
- High level of accountability
Additional Information
This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
The starting pay range for this role is $30.50/HR - $35/HR. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
