Role Overview
As a, you will navigate the creative landscape by managing project workflows from conception to completion. With your organizational prowess, multitasking capability, and keen eye for detail, you will ensure all creative deliverables meet the highest standards. You will engage with creative teams and project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and offering solutions to project challenges. Your role will be pivotal in load balancing tasks, enhancing team dynamics, driving efficiency, and adapting to changing priorities.
Day in the Life
- Manage intake and assign resources for creative requests.
- Monitor project progress, resolving bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
- Prioritize tasks strategically based on deadlines and requirements.
- Facilitate traffic meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and budgets.
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years in marketing project management within healthcare.
- Proficiency in Monday.com, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or advertising.
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency setting is a plus.
- Project Management certification is a plus.
