What will you do?

As our Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing and evaluating dynamic marketing plans to attract potential clients, reinforcing existing customer relationships, and enhancing brand awareness using thoughtful content and marketing strategies. This role requires a growth mindset and being comfortable with ambiguity, along with strategic thinking, project management, active listening, and hands-on marketing expertise in the tech and IT consulting sectors. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving B2B marketing strategies, creating compelling content (for both external and internal audiences), and delivering measurable results across relevant digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine and execute a marketing plan aligned with iSoftStone’ s business goals and objectives, focusing on demand generation, market expansion, and continuous attention to market trends and changes.
• Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media, and events) to drive lead generation and market relevance.
• Guide the brand “voice” of iSoftStone when it comes to public engagement via LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and related platforms.
• Work closely with leadership to establish and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with content writers to develop valuable and engaging content such as social media posts, website articles, client case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters.
• Oversee and maintain SEO and SEM initiatives to optimize online presence and increase website traffic; leverage analytics and other tools to measure and improve search performance.
• Conduct competitive market analysis—identify company pain points and differentiators and generate insights to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
• Plan and coordinate marketing for industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (master’s degrees or MBAs are welcome but not required).
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or public relations within IT services, consulting, or technology sectors.
• Dexterity and interdisciplinary experience with digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing) and standard industry tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Mailchimp, WordPress, and similar).
• Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of written tone and style.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure success, and adapt strategies to improve performance.

Primary Location Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000
