Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Project Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives for a long-term contract position. Based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, this role involves managing complex projects related to consumer marketing and health insurance campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials, and driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Manage project plans, including workflows, deliverables, and timelines, to maintain progress and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce marketing materials, including direct mail campaigns.
  • Conduct regular status updates and reviews to track progress and address potential challenges.
  • Ensure all materials meet quality standards through rigorous QA processes before deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine strategies and ensure deliverables align with consumer marketing objectives.
  • Utilize workflow management software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance during the annual enrollment period (AEP) to meet Medicare marketing requirements.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project outcomes.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing project management, particularly in the health insurance or consumer marketing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare marketing regulations and requirements.
  • Expertise in managing direct mail campaigns and related production processes.
  • Proficiency in workflow management tools and software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise status updates to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with QA processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
