Marketing Project Coordinator

Position Overview

Our non-profit client in the healthcare space is seeking a remote Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis for 8 weeks!

This is a freelance, fully remote, 40 hour a week freelance opportunity for 8 weeks.

As the Marketing Traffic/Project Coordinator you will be responsible for creating and scheduling plans for marketing and communications campaign initiatives. You will use HIVE Project Management software to track schedules, assign tasks, and budget, so you must be familiar with the software for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the intake, opening, and scheduling of projects for Strategic Marketing Managers and other Marketing & Communications team project owners.
• Work closely with various marketing teams to ensure all resources are properly allocated.
• Create efficient marketing project timelines and workflows, comparing existing schedules against proposed timelines to identify overbookings with Creative Operations Manager.
• Traffic and manage project deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed as assigned and identifying any risks or roadblocks to completing tasks and projects on time and on budget.
• Make recommendations and suggest creative solutions to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Work closely with various team members during the marketing project planning phase.
• Work with Creative Operations Manager to assign project tasks and modify timelines to accommodate new and changing priorities.
• Track down files and information the team needs to complete assigned tasks.
• Utilize project management software, notifying team of needs for existing systems and processes for project planning and execution.
• Regularly monitor project activities, stay on top of milestones, and quickly identify issues to maximize system and process effectiveness.
• Co-implement with the Creative Resources Manager Hive project management system workflows, templates, dashboards, trainings and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline required.
• Minimum 3 years of traffic or project management experience in either a traditional agency or in-house marketing environment
• High Volume project management experience
• Experience in HIVE project management system
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
