We are looking for a Marketing & Programming Associate to join our team! If you have a passion for surf, snowboarding, skiing, skateboarding culture and a flair for content creation, community engagement, and storytelling, this role is for you. We need someone who is creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to help bring our brand and programming to life through compelling marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of yearly marketing campaigns and tactical activations.
• Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with TRIFECTA’s overall brand identity and goals.
• Support cross-functional teams in executing marketing initiatives across digital and on-ground channels.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors to enhance marketing reach and engagement.

Content & Community Management

• Develop and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, EDMs, website, and community platforms.
• Support in crafting campaign narratives and content calendars that align with TRIFECTA’s marketing objectives.
• Engage with followers daily, responding to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and audience insights to improve content strategy.

Digital & Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in managing digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, OOH).
• Support tracking and reporting of ad performance metrics, identifying key insights and areas for optimisation.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to refine digital strategies.

Design & Copywriting

• Create simple but impactful graphics and visuals using Canva or basic design tools.
• Write compelling captions and marketing copy for social media, EDMs, and in-venue promotions.
• Assist in developing blog content or campaign write-ups when needed.

Event Marketing & On-Ground Activation Support

• Provide real-time social media coverage (IG Stories, TikTok updates) during events.
• Take charge of smaller event activations and manage specific campaign elements.
• Assist in event marketing logistics and partner activations, ensuring smooth execution.

Marketing Analytics & Administrative Support

• Track, report, and analyse marketing campaign performance across platforms.
• Assist in monthly marketing reports, compiling key insights and takeaways.
• Support the team with general marketing coordination and ad-hoc tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Creative and proactive – Someone who can take initiative and propose fresh ideas.
• Passion for boardsports – If you love surfing, snowboarding, skiing or skateboarding, that’s a huge plus!
• Strong copywriting skills – Ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned messaging.
• Design and video editing skills – Familiarity with Canva and CapCut (or similar tools) is a bonus.
• Social media savvy – Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook best practices.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising – Willingness to learn and assist in paid marketing efforts.
• Adaptability & time management – Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player – Works well with others and communicates effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Singaporean/PR
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in Marketing, Communications or Advertising.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or Capcut.
• A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
