Core Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Campaigns & Digital Marketing
- Execute integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and paid media
- Grow and manage Company social media aligned with marketing goals
- Build and optimize email marketing via HubSpot
2. Content Development & Brand Strategy
- Create engaging, audience-specific content across platforms
- Maintain and enhance the website with a user-centric approach
- Support digital advertising and paid media in collaboration with agencies
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track and analyze KPIs using HubSpot and Google Analytics
- Refine messaging and tactics based on data, trends, and market insights
- Drive lead generation and boost brand visibility
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Management and external agencies to support product launches and marketing collateral
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–7 years in marketing, digital strategy, or content marketing
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Comfortable working across sales, product, and regulatory teams
Preferred:
- Experience with corporate social media and email marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and paid media
- Background in B2B, OEM, or medical device marketing (a plus)
