Description

Robert Half is partnering with a leading cloud services and technology company to hire a Marketing Program Manager based in Seattle. This role is part of a high-performing Marketing Operations team focused on scaling global marketing campaigns and virtual programs with precision and efficiency.

Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)

Duration: 3+ month contract

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $50-55/hour

Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented program manager with experience driving complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where cross-functional alignment, clear communication, and operational excellence are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing programs
  • Oversee project timelines, assign responsibilities, and manage day-to-day execution
  • Utilize Adobe Workfront to track workflows, manage deliverables, and maintain stakeholder alignment (fluency required)
  • Deliver project status updates and reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Collaborate with creative, content, digital, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand output
  • Apply strong judgment and organization to balance multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery
  • Streamline operations using marketing project management best practices
  • Maintain detailed documentation, tracking all milestones and project goals
  • Drive consistency and ROI across campaigns that align with customer needs and business objectives


Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • 4–6 years of campaign timeline management experience
  • 4–6 years of experience managing complex marketing projects
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (required)
  • 2–4 years of content and campaign management experience
  • 2–4 years of digital marketing campaign experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
