Location: Hybrid – San Francisco, (3 days in office)

Pay: $85-110/Hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Normal PST Business Hours

Overview:

As the Marketing Manager IV on the Global Ads Marketing team, you will play a key role in supporting the strategy and operations of the Global Ads Paid and Owned Media team. This role focuses on helping advertisers succeed by aligning marketing and engineering teams, driving cross-functional program efficiencies, and supporting strategic planning initiatives that fuel global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Lead the organization and execution of cross-functional initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the 2026 annual planning process for executive review, driving alignment between marketing and product teams.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to shape strategic direction.
• Research & Insights: Support global research efforts to inform creative strategy and development.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience: 8+ years in program management, strategy, or business operations
• Key Skills:

• Google Apps proficiency
• Preferred: Experience in product or growth marketing
