Job Purpose

The Marketing team at LEVEL is responsible for maximizing qualified traffic and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies, performance tracking, and optimization across digital channels. We ensure that our campaigns are effective, targeted, and aligned with business goals, adapting to ever-changing market trends and consumer behavior.

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive intern based in Barcelona to support the team with both day-to-day marketing analysis and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing digital performance.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

  • Assist in analysing campaign performance, user behavior, and traffic trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the development and optimization of marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Help ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads, GA4).
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and contribute to performance gap analysis, as well as market trends reports
  • Collaborate on the creation of presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in audience/campaign segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization efforts.

Education

Currently in the final year of a degree or recently graduated in marketing, business analytics, digital communications, data science, or a related field.

Experience

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, analytics, and performance strategy.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets to derive insights and recommend actions.
