We're looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager — someone who’s not here to design or write copy, but to make sure the machine runs right.
Our current marketing department is composed of various external agencies running our paid ads (to get leads) and organic social (nurture those leads and build the brand), we are looking for the right person that can eventually bring these functions in-house
This role is ideal for someone who has managed marketing workflows before and knows how to align people, systems, and performance. You’ll manage processes, track results, and coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves — and you're always thinking about how to make things run smoother.
