We are seeking creative individuals to grow our hotel brands and identities.
This individual will work collaboratively across departments, with external clients, the General Manager’s/ Director of Sales and Director of Marketing to create and execute marketing campaigns for Shamin’s restaurants and hotels.
The Marketing Manager will work in a creative partnership with the property team and digital agencies in order to produce effective digital campaigns. The Marketing Manager will be required to work on several marketing initiatives at once, under pressure, meet tight deadlines and will be empowered to manage the company’s social media channels and communicate directly with guests and clients with input from management.
The Marketing Manager will be asked to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in the corporate office and the property’s managed assets in the field. The successful Marketing Director and the marketing team will be an outstanding communicator who is focused on using marketing and on-premise special event programs to enhance guests’ food & beverage and hotel experiences to drive revenues while maintaining profitability.
The Marketing Manager will operate using significant independent decision-making skills and unique creative expertise in this highly specialized position.
Write scripts, shoot, edit video/photo content for the portfolio for use on all property websites and social media sites
Manage development of video and other digital assets according to approved budgets
Manage content and responses on the restaurants’ social media pages - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest pages, Instagram and YouTube
Help maintain brand identity for each restaurant and hotel
Coordinate and execute event marketing plan, including all campaigns and efforts
Regular and reliable attendance at the job site.
Knowledge and experience with HTML and Adobe Creative Cloud programs – Photoshop, Premier and Dreamweaver
Experience managing social media marketing – Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and Google+
Video editing experience
Initiative to stay current with best practices for online marketing in the hospitality industry.
