Marketing Manager

Work Setup: Hybrid (1 month onsite, followed by remote work)

Work Schedule: Mid-shift (starting at 1:00 PM Manila time)

Salary: Up to PHP 100,000/month

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and driven Marketing Manager to lead global brand awareness initiatives for a fast-growing wellness company. This role is crucial in building strong brand recognition across B2B and B2C markets while delivering measurable growth through integrated digital marketing strategies and effective e-commerce execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Brand Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand awareness strategies across key international markets, including New Zealand, USA, UAE, Vietnam, India, and the UK.
  • Set and achieve brand growth targets aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Create compelling brand narratives that connect with diverse audiences and reflect the company’s values of innovation, health, and wellness.
  • Monitor and adapt to emerging marketing trends and opportunities across global platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership (B2B and B2C)
  • Lead high-impact digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Produce localized content tailored to regional preferences and cultural nuances.
  • Develop marketing strategies for both wholesale/distribution partners and direct consumers.
  • Use analytics to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators for all digital efforts.
  • E-commerce and Channel Growth
  • Drive traffic and conversions across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and the company’s own website.
  • Align marketing campaigns with inventory, promotions, and pricing strategies in coordination with operations.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Support B2B teams with marketing materials, digital tools, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Brand Performance and Insights
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer sentiment analysis.
  • Track and report on brand health metrics, including awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Prepare quarterly performance updates for senior leadership, aligned with business growth targets.
  • Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including content creators, ad specialists, and social media professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and execution.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing, ideally within wellness, health, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of growing brands through digital channels with measurable success.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
  • In-depth understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
