Main Purpose of the Job: Design and execute powerful digital strategies to boost online sales, elevate brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement for a leading skincare brand.
Job Profile:
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies in line with the company’s branding and business goals
- Oversee digital campaigns across all key channels: TikTok Shop, Influencer Collaborations, Email Marketing, Social Media, Paid Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Content Strategy
- Approve and manage content calendars for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook
- Optimize website performance, user journey, and conversion funnels for maximum ROI and customer retention
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with revenue goals and explore cross-promotional opportunities
- Drive customer lifetime value (LTV) through retention-focused campaigns and community engagement
- Monitor performance across digital channels and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution
- Lead and support a growing marketing and customer service team, fostering a culture of performance and creativity
- Own the end-to-end Customer Journey and proactively improve SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management)
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to spot trends, consumer insights, and strategic opportunities in the beauty/skincare space
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, ideally in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industries
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, content trends, and beauty consumer behavior
- Proven success in running influencer campaigns and leveraging TikTok as a sales channel
- Highly data-literate, confident working with metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to execute and lead cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
