Summary

This role will oversee daily content marketing, social engagement, and lead nurture campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including email marketing, blog posts, and social media (writing, scheduling, and monitoring).
  • Engage with followers by responding to social media comments and inboxes to boost engagement and lead conversion.
  • Oversee listing marketing and SEO for community pages to improve organic search traffic and lead generation.
  • Track and report on social media and email engagement metrics to optimize content strategies.
  • Create and manage general marketing collateral, including flyers, postcards, and lead nurture emails.
  • Assist with seasonal and promotional campaigns to support business objectives.


Recommended Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and optimizing content for organic search.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and scheduling tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
