About the Role
Landcom is looking for a Manager – Partnerships & Events to lead initiatives that enhance brand, relationships, and industry impact through managing the implementation of partnerships, sponsorships, memberships and awards strategies.
As Manager – Partnerships & Events, you will:
- Develop and implement Landcom’s partnerships, sponsorships, memberships, and awards strategy
- Manage relationships with peak industry bodies, advocacy groups, customer partnerships, and grant programs
- Lead project management for key industry memberships and empower staff to represent Landcom confidently
- Plan and oversee events such as staff offsites, anniversary celebrations, and networking opportunities
- Craft strategic content for internal and external channels, including media releases, social content, and speeches
- Manage award submissions, ensuring strategic alignment with Landcom’s industry aspirations
- Monitor and report engagement, leveraging data to improve user experience and enhance brand positioning
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Proven expertise in sponsorships, partnerships, and event management
- Strong marketing and communication skills, capable of positioning an organisation effectively
- Knowledge of the property and development industry, with an understanding of Landcom’ s role
- Project management proficiency, including budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
