Summary

What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Manager Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing foundational marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a proactive leader who can both define and implement marketing initiatives. You’ll analyze performance data and conduct market research to identify opportunities, craft impactful campaigns, and measure success while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

You’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns, brand communications, and event strategies while overseeing the creation of high-impact marketing materials. You’ll bridge creativity and analytics—owning everything from design collateral to traditional marcom—to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

You will work closely with and empower the sales team with marketing materials, customer insights and cross-channel guidance to help them achieve their sales targets.


Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, -


1. Brand Development & Market Positioning

- Strengthen company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

- Position the company as a thought leader in the medtech and lab supplies industry by driving PR, partnerships, and content strategies.

- Develop a structured marketing roadmap aligned with key business goals

2. Strategic Marketing & Campaign Leadership

- Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, print, OOH, partnerships) aligned with business goals.

- Conduct market research to inform messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.

- Identify target markets, personas, and value propositions to guide marketing efforts.

- Lead research, strategy, and execution of full-funnel growth initiatives in alignment with brand strategy.

- Implement analytics and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance.

- Track KPIs (ROI, CAC, engagement rates) and optimize campaigns in real time.

3. Marketing Material Development & Design Coordination

- Own end-to-end marketing collateral:

o Print: Brochures, flyers, direct mail, sales enablement kits.

o Digital: eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, pitch decks.

o Branding: Swag, signage, trade show displays.

- Partner with designers (in-house or agencies) to ensure brand consistency (colors, fonts, tone).

- Manage approvals, print production, and distribution logistics.

4. Traditional Marketing communications & PR

- Lead PR efforts: Press releases, media pitches, and spokesperson coordination.

- Develop & oversee corporate communications: Newsletters, internal announcements, award submissions.

- Support sales enablement with materials and training to empower the sales team.

- Manage relationships with vendors (printers, promo suppliers, translators for global materials).

5. Event & Experiential Marketing

- Plan high-impact events (product launches, trade shows, VIP dinners).

- Design event-specific collateral (invites, agendas, booth graphics).

- Capture post-event metrics (lead gen, attendee feedback).

6. Customer Engagement & Retention

- Develop loyalty programs and gated content to nurture leads.

- Craft customer success stories and testimonials for sales/marketing use.

- Drive awareness, engagement, and growth through multichannel marketing plans.


What You’ll Bring to The Table


Experience:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 7+ years in enterprise B2B marketing, ideally in lab supplies & equipment and service industry.

• Expertise in marcom, design coordination, and events.

• Familiarity with B2B marketing best practices.

• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

• Proficiency in:

o Design tools (Canva, Adobe InDesign, Figma).

o CRM (MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), analytics (Google Analytics)

• Strong copywriting/editing skills for diverse formats (ads, scripts, press releases).

• Portfolio showcasing marketing collateral (e.g., campaigns, print/digital assets).

Preferred:

• Experience with:

o B2B Distributor business in Lab supplies & equipment industry

o Localization/translation workflows for global markets.

o Budget management ($100K+ campaigns).

• Certifications: PMP, Google Ads, CIM.

• Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry events as required.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision within specified time frames.
