We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager in our Costa Mesa, CA office.

About the Position

• Execute e-marketing plan through the creation and dissemination of social media and email marketing content.
• Analyze and deliver performance data of digital marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness.
• Coordinate and participate in various industry events
• Leading strategy for trade show, award submittals, and conference participation, including development of branded materials
• Maintain a monthly marketing calendar to track critical activities and deadlines
• Organized company events and team bonding events
• Provide graphic design support for proposals and/or client presentations
• Assist in generating a marketing campaign to potential new clients
• Conducting market research to better understand client and market needs
• Assist in social media content, including website updates
• Maintaining CRM (client relationship management) information including marketing and client contact database
• Leading the production of proposals, SOQs, and collateral materials in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Provide narratives for various local regional and national award submittals
• Coordinate with photographers on projects

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS applications, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and a CRM Database
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills, and strong graphics aptitude
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of basic marketing principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent
• 8 plus years’ experience in professional marketing services preferably in the A/E/C industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Deadline -driven and dedicated to excellence
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to travel as needed (not mandatory)

Salary/Wages

We offer an extensive benefits package for this position including:

• Expected Salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
